FREE SAMPLE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting a request for a Barista Pop® Free Sample Pack, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promotional Offer
   This  promotion is available for a limited time while supplies last.  Submission of a sample request does not guarantee approval, fulfillment,  or shipment.
2. Limited Quantities
   Barista Pop reserves the  right to limit, delay, modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at  any time due to product availability, inventory levels, production  capacity, shipping constraints, or higher-than-anticipated demand.
3. Approval & Eligibility
   Sample  requests may be reviewed prior to approval. Barista Pop reserves the  right to approve, deny, or cancel any request at its sole discretion.
4. Shipping Timeframes
   Any  estimated shipping times displayed on this website are estimates only  and are not guaranteed. Actual shipment dates may vary based on demand,  inventory availability, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other  circumstances beyond our control.
5. Delay Notifications
   In the  event of inventory shortages, production delays, or unusually high  demand, Barista Pop may notify applicants via email regarding revised  shipping timelines, temporary delays, or promotional changes.
6. Promotion Cancellation
   Barista  Pop reserves the right to cancel any pending sample request, partially  fulfill requests, or terminate the promotion entirely if available  inventory becomes exhausted or demand exceeds available supply.
7. One Sample Per Household
   Unless  otherwise authorized, the free sample offer is limited to one sample  pack per household, address, email address, and/or individual.
8. Privacy Commitment
   Your  information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties  for marketing purposes. Information collected through this promotion is  used solely for order fulfillment, customer communication, and improving  our products and services.
9. No Purchase Required
   No purchase is necessary to request a free sample. Making a purchase does not increase the likelihood of approval.
10. Changes to Terms
